1 You call us.

Any time of day or night, 365 days of a year. Whether your loved one has passed or not, reach out anytime. We’ll help you understand the next steps — no upfront payment is required, and you can complete all paperwork online.

Start with completing this form, so we can gather appropriate important information to start facilitating the transfer of your loved one.

2 We take your loved one into our care.

Our Family coordinates the transfer from the place of passing to our funeral home, carefully and promptly.

We’ll work with you online and over the phone so you can move at your own pace.

3 We arrange the service.

We book the chapel or venue, manage arrangements and cremation and coordinate any additional elements you require. Order of service, slideshow, live-streaming/video visual support, flowers, celebrant and other extras are yours to choose.

You will meet/organise with your celebrant or Church the order of service.

4 We hold the service.

Family and friends gather to say goodbye. On the day of the service, our family will be on the ground, managing every step — so you can focus on saying goodbye to your loved one.

We’ll manage what comes next, as well as register the death, order the death certificate, and continue to support you through our complimentary aftercare services for as long as you need.
